Personal Agents: useful helpers before you upgrade
You do not need the full Microsoft 365 Copilot experience to encounter Agents. At this stage, think of a personal Agent as a reusable specialist helper rather than an autonomous worker.

What does the upgrade change?
The big change is not simply that Agents suddenly exist. It is that an Agent can become much more useful when it is allowed to use approved organisational knowledge and richer work context. That brings more value, but also more questions about permissions, ownership, sharing and lifecycle.
