Why can't I see or use that Copilot feature?
Seeing a feature in someone else's account does not mean you automatically have it. Use this page to work out whether the blocker is your licence, admin settings, configuration, permissions, rollout or billing.

Work through these checks
Start at the top. Most 'missing feature' problems fit one of these categories.
A common example: connectors
A connector being visible does not necessarily mean you can use it. Your organisation may need to approve the connector, configure the connection, authorise access to the source, and ensure the Copilot or agent experience you are using can consume that source. Your own permissions to the underlying information still matter.
Awarding-organisation risk check
If the feature would touch candidate data, safeguarding, HR, malpractice, appeals, complaints, reasonable adjustments, assessment outcomes or other sensitive information, include that in your request. Technical availability is not the same as organisational approval for the use case.
