What it can do
- Checks licence entitlement, admin visibility, admin enablement, tenant configuration, permissions, rollout status, region/account support and billing dependencies.
- Explains that visible, enabled, configured, permitted and chargeable are different states.
- Gives users the vocabulary to ask admins for the specific thing they need.
Limitations
- Cannot determine a user's exact tenant settings without administrator information.
- Microsoft rollouts and previews can change quickly.
Workarounds
If the feature is unavailable, identify the nearest lower-access alternative while the dependency is checked.
